Mindfulness & Mental Health

Golf fosters mindfulness and mental health by teaching young people how to center themselves, stay focused, and navigate stress with confidence. Through moments of quiet concentration and intentional practice, youth learn how to manage emotions, reset after challenges, and stay present. These skills support their mental wellbeing on the course and in everyday life
